Womens Surf & Pilates Weekend August 28th/29th

Due to the popularity of our Roxy Days, we are running a womens surfing and pilates weekend also. This is the same format as the Roxy Day, but with surfing and pilates both days and with Bundoran Surf Co. instructors. Pilates is a great way of improving your strength and flexibility for surfing. Benefits of pilates include freedom from aches and pains, increased flexibility, stronger core muscles, improved coordination and balance, and increased energy levels, all of which are good for your surfing. The pilates classes are run by Aisling Harris, who is a certified instructor with the Pilates Institute of Ireland and also holds a Diploma in Exercise, Health & Fitness.

 

Over the weekend there will be a pilates session on Saturday and Sunday mornings, lasting for approximately 90 minutes. You will then have a break for lunch and meet again at the surf school in the afternoon (may change due to surf conditions). We provide all the equipment and instruction needed for the surf lessons, but if you have your own gear it is fine to use it. Beginner, advanced beginner and intermediate level surfers are all welcome.

 

 

We have accommodation available in Bundoran Surf Lodge from €20pps per night with continental breakfast. Self catering options also available for groups of 4-8.

The cost for 2 surf lessons and 2 pilates sessions is €90pp.
